Job summary

Organon LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist, FP&A in Manila to drive financial planning and analysis for AP Cluster markets. You will manage close, variance analysis, reporting, and forecast processes, coordinating with markets and regional teams to support decision-making.

The role requires 6+ years in finance with at least 4 years in FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint and SAP/BPC skills, and good English communication. Hybrid work arrangement and global collaboration are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• 6+ years overall finance experience with at least 4 years in FP&A or planning roles.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI and SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day FP&A activities for AP Cluster markets, including close, variance analysis and flash reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and budgets; support LROP and forecast processes.
• Coordinate inter-company pricing and ensure alignment with global and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with market finance leads and regional/global teams to deliver accurate FP&A deliverables.
• Provide pricing and profitability analyses to assess commercial initiatives.
