Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A, financial reporting, or related finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and global stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management packs.
• Analyze large financial and operational data to identify trends and drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning with financial models.
• Assist with expense management and performance tracking.
• Drive process improvements and automation while sharing knowledge.
