Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Financial Markets Client Control Senior Specialist to join the global FMCC team. You will maintain contact with Front Office desks via email and MS Teams, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance across KYC, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR and related rules for clients and counterparties.

You will collaborate with global locations and back-office teams to resolve issues, drive improvements, and support FM and GT activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial regulations (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank) is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily client control tasks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach and maintain open communication with teams.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and compliance for clients (KYC, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR).
• Identify improvements and drive their implementation.
