ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist V (Senior Tax Expert) to lead global client tax compliance, including FATCA, CRS, and U.S. withholding tax. This role independently assesses complex regulatory matters, advises management, and helps shape scalable controls and technology-enabled solutions.

You will strengthen compliance frameworks, influence transformation initiatives, and guide specialists across the organization while delivering accurate tax services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Banking, Business, Law or related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of extensive tax compliance experience.
• Advanced expertise in U.S. Withholding Tax, FATCA and CRS.
• Ability to interpret regulations and advise senior stakeholders on complex tax matters.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, controls and reporting.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across business, operations, risk, tax and technology.
• Ability to coach others and promote consistent tax-standards application.
• Interest in automation, AI tools, and digital workflows to improve compliance.

Formation

Master’s degree in Taxation or related field
