Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financial services.
• Experienced in implementing Cash Management solutions in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors; ensure clear communication and strong relationships.
• Experienced in implementing Loan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions.
• Identify and monitor risks and issues associated with the program; work with teams to develop solution options.
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and governance forums.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users.
