Job summary

Entech Philippines is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory compliance for the Shared Services organization. You will drive accurate statements, strengthen controls, and partner with stakeholders to support month-end close and management decisions.

The role requires a strong background in accounting standards, statutory reporting, and collaboration with auditors. CPA preferred and experience with multi-entity environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Financial Reporting, General Accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience working with external auditors and managing statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to drive timely resolution of issues.
• Process-oriented with focus on strengthening controls and improving reporting processes.
• Able to operate in a growing, multi-entity environment.
• Stable under pressure with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Own the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring proper cut-off and timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and other reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance to safeguard financial information.
• Partner with Accounting Operations Manager to ensure accurate recording of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, and other external parties for statutory audits and filings.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis to support management decisions and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, closing timelines, controls, and automation.
