Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila seeks a senior financial analyst to support complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for Technology Management. You will partner with North America teams, manage month-end close, and contribute to cost accounting and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in general and cost accounting, FP&A, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for technology management.
• Support annual planning/budget processes and advise on business decisions.
• Process technical services invoices, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with North America and Manila teams on knowledge transfer and improvements.
• Own expense reporting views and develop financial metrics for stakeholders.
• Build relationships across Manila and other locations to fulfill responsibilities.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requirements.
