Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is seeking a Senior Analyst ECOO Finance in Manila to manage complex financial analyses, forecast/plan activities, and reporting for ECOO Management. You will work with onshore and Manila teams to support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial insights.

The role requires strong cost accounting and project management skills, solid Excel and ERP experience (PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP). CPA is a plus; 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in finance or accounting; CPA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, forecast/plan, and variance analysis for ECOO Management.
• Support annual planning and budget integrity; provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with invoices, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities; data reclassifications.
• Develop and maintain expense reporting views; collaborate with Manila and North America teams.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requirements for Enterprise COO and DAO functions.
