Job summary

Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. seeks a Senior Finance Manager – Financial Reporting to lead the group’s financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring PFRS/IFRS compliance and audit readiness.

You will own the month-end close, consolidation, and statutory reporting, and develop the reporting team under the Group Financial Controller. You will oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and preparation of management reports with variance commentary,

Qualifications

• CPA is required; licensed in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent is mandatory.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Audit background: at least 3 years in external audit with a Big Four or reputable firm.
• Industry experience in telecommunications, ISP, or digital infrastructure is preferred.
• Multi-jurisdiction group reporting and consolidation across entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for all Group entities and deliver the close within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements and accompanying notes.
• Lead group consolidation including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Prepare management reporting with variance commentary against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Interpret and apply new or amended PFRS/IFRS standards and assess their impact on the Group.
• Support the statutory audit and respond to audit queries and adjustments.
