Job summary

Reap is seeking a seasoned Group Reporting & Consolidation professional to oversee end-to-end group reporting across multi-entity operations. You will coordinate closing timelines, guide a team of Finance Managers and Analysts, and ensure accurate consolidations with intercompany eliminations and currency translations.

You will standardize policies, enhance reporting processes, and collaborate with auditors and leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent with 7–10+ years in financial reporting
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge
• Experience managing finance teams and mentoring staff
• Hands-on consolidation experience: intercompany eliminations and currency translation (IAS 21)
• Familiar with ERP systems and data across platforms; SQL proficiency
• Excellent English communication; ability to work across time zones

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reporting and consolidation timeline with Reporting Lead
• Manage Finance Managers / Senior Financial Analysts for each business line
• Own group consolidation workpapers and intercompany eliminations
• Drive month-end and quarter-end close calendar; improve closing efficiency
• Ensure consistent reporting across entities; enforce group accounting policies
• Design and implement reporting improvements; automate consolidation steps
• Prepare and review consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and segment analyses
• Support statutory reporting and regulatory filings across jurisdictions
