MedGrocer is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead technical accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and external audit governance to ensure all financial reports comply with PFRS. You will oversee closing cycles, prepare financial statements, and guide general ledger staff to maintain clean, audit-ready records across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• CPA license required.
• 4–8 years in technical accounting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Background in Big 4 audit or corporate reporting in high-growth enterprises.
• Onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, leading multi-entity consolidations across operating units.
• Draft PFRS-compliant financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and executive reports.
• Lead external audits by coordinating schedules, writing accounting position papers, and managing sign-offs.
• Maintain technical accounting rigor with complex entries, revenue recognition, depreciation, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Establish accounting policies and supervise GL accountants to ensure investor-ready records.
