Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Financial Reporting to lead the Group's consolidated reporting across RISE PH, Synacy, and affiliated entities.

This senior role reports to the Group Financial Controller and drives month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit readiness for a multi-jurisdiction ISP group. You will oversee IFRS/PFRS compliance, internal controls, and engagement with external auditors, while coaching the financial reporting

Qualifications

• CPA in the Philippines is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Audit background: at least 3 years of external audit experience with a Big Four or reputable firm.
• Industry background: telecommunications, ISP, or digital infrastructure.
• Multi-jurisdiction experience: group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong command of PFRS/IFRS, particularly PFRS 15, 16, PAS 16, PAS 36, and consolidation standards (PFRS 10).
• Solid working knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, and related agencies).
• Proven experience leading accounting or financial reporting teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management and auditors.
• Willing to relocate to and work on-site in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for all Group entities, delivering the close within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flows, changes in equity) and notes.
• Lead group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Prepare management reporting packages with variance commentary against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Interpret and apply new or amended PFRS/IFRS standards and assess impact on the Group.
• Review intercompany billing and cost-plus arrangements with Tax coordination.
