Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance and 5–8 years in finance, accounting, audit, and payroll. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, financial reconciliation, and audit documentation.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including payment processing, expense monitoring, and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable, employee reimbursements, invoices, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial documentation.
• Prepare regular finance and payroll reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate trackers, records, and supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance, audit, and payroll processes.
