Job summary

Easmed in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, payroll, tax and statutory compliance.

The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on experience in a full-spectrum finance function, strong knowledge of Philippine tax rules (VAT and withholding tax), payroll processing, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong payroll processing and statutory compliance experience in the Philippines.
• Proficient in VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax requirements.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, AP and AR.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Process monthly payroll and employee payments.
• Handle government remittances and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and filings.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, AR monitoring.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and docs.
