MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Finance Officer / Assistant Manager – Transaction Services to lead end-to-end AP, AR, and Buyer/Trust & Settlements processes from a remote location in the Philippines. You will ensure timely close, accurate accounting, and strong internal controls in a night-shift setup.

You will drive process improvements, SAP S/4HANA optimisation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while guiding a capable offshore/onshore team.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end Transaction Services operations (AP, AR, Buyer/Trust & Settlements) to meet SLAs and policies.
• Manage AR processes: invoicing, receipting, allocations, aged receivables, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee AP: invoice processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations, and vendor relations.
• Monitor GST/tax compliance for supplier transactions and trust settlements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Transaction Services team; ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Legal, IT, and Commercial for issue resolution and reporting.
