Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle accounts payable with leadership experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Lead AP staff and oversee high-volume invoice processing.
• Review and approve weekly, biweekly, or monthly payment runs.
• Maintain 1099 compliance and accurate records.
• Identify and implement AP process improvements.
