Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of B.S. Accounting.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience as an Accounting Officer or similar finance role.
• Experience managing direct reports/team members.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review month-end financial reports and ensure timely submission.
• Handle and monitor Accounts Payable transactions and processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and filing through eFPS.
• Lead and support the company's annual financial audit, including coordination with external auditors.
• Review financial records, reconciliations, and journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff or direct reports, ensuring team productivity and development.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance and accounting function.
