Primer Group of Companies is seeking an Accounting Manager to consolidate and analyze the financial reports for the E-commerce Business, ensuring accuracy of Financial Statements and related schedules. The role involves reviewing processes, supporting ERP initiatives, and assisting senior leadership with financial reporting.

You will lead the Financial Reporting team, coordinate with Shared Services, and work with Tax and audit teams to meet closing deadlines and deliver compliant reports.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• At least 10 years in accounting/finance with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor timely submission of financial reports for accuracy.
• Supervise the Financial Reporting team administratively and functionally.
• Review reports from each business unit and adjust for accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to meet closing timelines.
• Recommend policies to improve financial processes for the E-commerce Business.
• Oversee external audit preparations to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Tax team on tax schedules and reports.
• Assist ERP implementation for the E-commerce Business.
• Support special projects involving Financial Reporting.
• Supervise regional outsourcing of Financial Reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
