JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Manager for Financial Reportingfacilitates the entire process of preparing importantreports and earningsstatements, by gathering and documenting data and reviewingreportsfor regulatory compliance. He/She is responsible for the preparation of board reports, year-end audit and the support of budget and forecast activities. Part of the role is to review reports to analyze trends and help management make important financial decisions that will impact the Company’s budget and finances.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily activities for Accounting, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting and Treasury

• Manages monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts

• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Monitors and perform studies to interpret financial actions and modify accounting processes and provide technical advice and recommend improvements for the same

• Coordinates with various teams and performs complex analysis and prepares reports to summarize financial data

• Collaborates with other departments to support the overall brand's goal and objective.

• Supports and assists the Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements

• Reviews the financial reports of the Company and recommends steps on how to manage Company expenses

• Coordinates with all Brands in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insights for better financial allocations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Business Management

• At least 5 years working experience in Finance and Accounting or equivalent

• Experience in accounting systems is an advantage

• Must be amenable to work onsite in QC and open to travel
