Job summary

M-Commerce Corporation is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and drive process improvements. You will supervise the accounting team, coordinate audits, and prepare financial statements, while ensuring tax compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires a CPA or CMA (preferred), at least 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervision, and strong ERP/Excel skills to optimize workflows and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team; conduct performance reviews and set development goals.
• Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes with Finance Manager.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors for regulatory filings.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Drive automation and process improvement in accounting through ERP systems.
