Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of property management accounting experience.
• 2+ years of year-end audit and tax compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate development.
• Amenable to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Completes intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statement packages.
• Creates and posts journal entries and ensures expenses, receipts, owner distributions, and other transactions are accurately posted.
• Prepares monthly financial reports including bank reconciliations and Dues schedules; records financial statements and reports for site-level analysis.
• Coordinates with property manager to ensure procedures, prepares annual budgets, reviews expense ledgers, and assists in recovery reconciliations.
• Adheres to Client Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP) for internal/external reporting requirements.
• Coordinates with Billing and Collection to maintain/update accounts receivable and supports acquisitions processes within required timeframes.
• Reviews and audits funding and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Responds to management/client requests regarding accounting issues and reports including P&L statements.
• Participates in budgeting/forecasting for assigned portfolio and client transitions.
• Monitors scope of services and provides feedback on scope changes.
• Works with team members under single point-of-contact guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
