The position requires a degree in Finance or related field with 3–5 years in FP&A/manufacturing finance, strong Excel, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs including materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement to assess financial impact of activities.
• Evaluate capital expenditures for potential financial benefits and ROI.

About The Role

The Senior Finance Analyst helps the company understand how the business is performing financially and where it can improve. The role works closely with the Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other teams to manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial results, and support better business decisions. This role will look at financial data, identify areas where the company is spending too much or not performing as expected, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain significant differences between actual results, budget, forecasts, and previous periods.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting expenses.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models to help management understand business performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to assess the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed investments, equipment purchases, automation projects, and other capital expenditures by assessing their financial benefits and potential returns.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in semiconductor, electronics, or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
