Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Philippines (Tarlac City) to join our finance organization. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, and planning, and help with cost analysis and long-term scenario planning for the site.

The role reports to the Controller and involves close collaboration with operations teams. Travel up to 20% and a background in accounting/finance, SAP/Oracle ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting / Finance required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required.
• Extensive experience with SAP and Oracle ERP, preferred.
• Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain complex issues clearly.
• Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

In this role, the Analystwill help oversee all accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and planning. This person will also be responsible for cost analysis, cost modeling and long-term scenario planning for the site.
