Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A/Financial Analysis or related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain significant variances.
• Monitor manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).
• Prepare reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models.
• Assess financial impact of initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate proposed investments and capital expenditures for ROI.
