Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to understand performance, manage costs, and support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, with a background in a manufacturing setting, preferably in semiconductor/electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor/electronics-related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain differences between actual results, budget, forecasts, and previous periods.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting expenses.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models for management insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement to assess financial impact of activities and initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed investments, equipment purchases, automation projects, and other capital expenditures by assessing financial benefits.

About the Role:

The Senior Finance Analyst helps the company understand how the business is performing financially and where it can improve. The role works closely with the Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other teams to manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial results, and support better business decisions. This role will look at financial data, identify areas where the company is spending too much or not performing as expected, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain significant differences between actual results, budget, forecasts, and previous periods.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting expenses.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models to help management understand business performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to assess the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed investments, equipment purchases, automation projects, and other capital expenditures by assessing their financial benefits and potential returns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in semiconductor, electronics, or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
