Job summary

IOM - UN Migration Manila is seeking a Senior Administrative and Finance Associate to provide comprehensive financial and administrative support for health projects. The role involves processing payments, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting for the PAF unit under MHD, working under supervision from Finance and Administrative Officer.

The successful candidate will maintain financial dashboards, support audits, coordinate with treasury and revenue, and help develop SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, budgeting, accounting or auditing.
• Experience maintaining dashboards using Power Query and other data tools.
• Knowledge of migration health projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze financial reports for monitoring and decision making.
• Prepare dashboards and standardize reports for global programmes.
• Review financial transactions and track monthly performance.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for governance.
• Maintain financial dashboards and support automation initiatives.
• Assist with budget submissions and data validation.
