Job summary

IOM - UN Migration is seeking a senior accounting professional to lead the Accounting Compliance Unit within Manila Institutional Financial Services (MIFS). The role oversees period-end closings, reviews CO financial reports, and ensures compliance with IOM rules and IPSAS.

You will guide a team, harmonize processes regionally, and support audits and external reporting. The ideal candidate brings CPA and substantial experience in accounting, finance, or information systems, with Oracle cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in accounting/finance with professional experience.
• Master's degree is advantageous for senior roles.
• CPA certification is desirable and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MIFS-ACU workload and ensure integrated services to COs.
• Provide periodic management reports and respond to audits and external requests.
• Maintain internal controls and support harmonization with regional units and GSSC.
