Job summary

Global Roles in Manila is seeking a Senior Administrative and Finance Associate to support health projects managed by the PAF unit under the Health Data Monitoring and Reporting (MHD) department.

The role focuses on processing payments and invoices, budgeting, financial monitoring, reporting, and dashboard maintenance to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with IOM policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, four years of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, budgeting, accounting or auditing.
• Experience maintaining dashboards using Power Query and data tools.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, GAAP, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze data.
• Migration health project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate financial reports from WAVE for monitoring and decision-making.
• Coordinate development and standardization of financial monitoring reports for global migration health programmes.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decisions.
• Review financial transactions and monthly performance across projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regional offices and governance bodies.
• Maintain MHD dashboards and support automation and visualization improvements.
• Update SOPs and financial documentation.
• Support audit processes and payroll-related activities.
