Job summary

MicroSourcing invites you to join as Senior Finance Associate onsite in Pasay City, night shift. You will reconcile revenue and related accounts, support month-end closes, and coordinate with auditors to strengthen internal controls.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting and working with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 6 years of experience and advanced Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Good understanding of GAAP.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical ability.
• Leadership qualities with mentorship ability.
• Experience with Australia, Canada, or US clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile revenue and related balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Reconcile receivables with credit card processor statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management tasks.
• Coordinate with auditors on financial matters.
• Assist with audit preparation and document retrieval.
• Participate in process improvement to strengthen internal controls.
