MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join our Pasay office on a night shift. You will support finance operations, maintain ledgers, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting or finance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with ERP systems. Onsite work, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in accounting or finance is required (1–3 years).
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank, prepaid, payables, receivables).
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly).
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auditors).
• Assist with audit preparation and internal controls improvements.
