Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to oversee major construction operations in the Philippines, including horizontal and vertical works.

The role requires 10 to 15 years of hands‑on experience and a proven ability to manage schedules, costs, safety, and quality on multiple fronts. You will lead field teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, and ensure thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years in construction operations.
• Horizontal construction experience preferred (roads, bridges, infrastructure, site development, land development).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects and concurrent work fronts across sections.
• Maintain strong control over schedules, manpower, equipment, safety, quality, costs and documentation.
• Lead field operations, take ownership of operations, and deliver results.
• Coordinate with management, project teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Familiar with plans, BOQ, contracts, specifications, schedules, reports and related project records.
