Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Muntinlupa, Philippines, is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of construction operations experience for an on-site, full-time role.

The position emphasizes leadership of field teams and adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, coordinate with PMs, engineers, foremen, subcontractors and suppliers, and deliver clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 10–15 years of construction operations experience.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management/digital reporting tools.
• Strong preference for horizontal construction; exposure to vertical construction is a plus.
• Physically fit for field management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects (manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, costs).
• Lead and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Manage multiple projects and concurrent work fronts with alignment to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Strengthen site documentation, monitor progress, and report updates.
• Evaluate site issues and implement swift, effective solutions.
