Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects on-site in Muntinlupa. The role requires 10–15 years of construction experience and a strong grasp of cost control, schedules, and safety.

The position emphasizes collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and field staff, with a focus on timely reporting and issue resolution. A full-time on-site role with performance-based recognition is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Civil Engineer license.
• Must be physically fit for field management.
• 10–15 years of extensive construction operations experience.
• Strong preference for horizontal construction (roads, bridges, infrastructure).
• Experience or exposure to vertical construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects (manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and costs).
• Lead and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Manage multiple projects and concurrent work fronts, ensuring alignment with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Strengthen site documentation, monitor progress, and ensure accountability through reporting.
• Evaluate site issues and implement swift, effective solutions.
