Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with active registration.
• Excellent physical condition.
• 10–15 years experience in horizontal construction (roads, bridges, infrastructure, site development, land development).
• Experience in vertical construction such as buildings, MEPF coordination is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects, schedules, manpower, equipment, safety, quality, costs, and documentation.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination with management, project teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, scheduling, cost control, safety, quality, manpower planning, equipment utilization, and project reporting.
• Familiarity with plans, BOQ, contracts, specifications, reports, and other project records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and achievement of manpower, equipment, and safety targets.
• Lead and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel for timely, safe, cost-efficient, and quality completion.
• Manage multiple projects and fronts, resolve operational concerns, monitor progress, strengthen site coordination and documentation, and ensure proper implementation of approved plans and reports.
