Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across horizontal and vertical works. Licensed Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of progressive site leadership is required, along with excellent communication and decision-making

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
10–15 years of experience in construction operations, preferably horizontal works (roads, bridges, infrastructure, site development).
Experience in vertical construction (buildings, MEPF coordination) is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, manpower, safety, quality, costs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely, safe, cost-efficient, and quality completion.
Manage multiple projects and work fronts, monitor progress, and ensure requirements are delivered per approved plans, specs, quality and safety standards.
