Job summary

TVS Motor Company is seeking a Master Technician to act as a technical bridge between dealer networks, the TSO team, and TVS India Engineering to ensure early detection, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution of product-related issues.

The role covers field issue management, technical diagnosis, coordination with India Engineering, dealer/TSO support, training, and a feedback loop for product improvements across EV and ICE models.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering.
• 5-8 years in automotive service/technical diagnostics.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers with TSO team to identify technical issues.
• Perform detailed inspections and root-cause analysis of defects.
• Prepare structured reports and coordinate with TVS India R&D for improvements.
• Support dealers and TSOs to resolve complex field issues and implement fixes.
• Conduct hands-on training on new models and diagnostic practices.
• Provide product feedback to drive design and process improvements.
