Capital Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test heavy equipment, forklifts, and automotive electrical/electronic systems at our Antipolo facility.
The role involves interpreting wiring diagrams and service manuals, using OEM software and meters, and guiding junior technicians to maintain safety and OEM standards.
Job description:
Responsible for diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment, forklifts, and automotive electrical/electronic systems. Specializes in fault diagnosis and repair of ECUs/controllers, sensors, actuators, CAN bus networks, wiring harnesses, electric drive systems, industrial batteries (lead-acid and lithium-ion)
Battery Management Systems (BMS), and battery chargers using OEM diagnostic software, wiring schematics, and specialized test equipment. Ensures equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with OEM standards while providing technical support to junior technicians.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical course.
TESDA NC II/NC III in Automotive Servicing or Automotive Electrical/Electronics Servicing is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment, forklift, or automotive electrical/electronic diagnostics and repair.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing ECUs/controllers, CAN bus systems, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, industrial batteries, BMS, battery chargers, and electric drive systems.
Skilled in using OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, multimeters, insulation testers, and other electrical test equipment.
Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and OEM service manuals.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
