Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in semiconductor FA, preferably in Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FA techniques and equipment (ND, sample prep, physical, chemical, electrical, fault isolation).
• Excellent communication and ability to lead meetings with customers.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, customer incident lots.
• Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development
• Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity
