Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba, Philippines, invites applications for a Failure Analysis Engineer - Electronics to join our global FA team.

You will manage EFI activities, lead gap analysis, evaluate new equipment and methods, and coordinate transfer plans with product divisions while collaborating with international R&D teams. Strong electronics background and 5+ years in schematic design or electrical analysis are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Background in electronics, electrical, or microelectronics.
• At least 5 years experience in schematic design, electrical analysis, electrical simulation, or analog systems.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics theory and practice.
• Familiarity with analysis instruments such as auto curve tracer, thermal analysis, EMMI/OBIRCH, wave generator, and others.
• Ability to analyze electronic schematic documents.
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams (R&D, divisions, labs, etc.).
• Good command of English.
