Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a senior professional to manage full Failure Analysis activities for product FA, including operational and engineering aspects, Mav lots, and customer incident lots. You will lead gap analyses, evaluate new machines, and drive new methods while coordinating with product divisions.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductors, expertise in FA techniques/equipment, strong presentation and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical, microelectronics, materials, or chemical fields.
• Experience of 10+ years in semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of FA techniques and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading meetings.
• Able to deliver presentations effectively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, customer incident lots.
• Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development.
• Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity.
