Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a senior professional to manage full failure analysis activities for product FA, including operational and engineering aspects, as well as handling Mav lots and customer incidents. You will lead gap analysis, evaluate new machines, and develop methods, interfacing with the product division to transfer recipes.

The role requires a strong technical background in FA techniques and equipment, extensive semiconductor experience, and excellent communication skills to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Materials, or Chemical.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge on FA techniques & equipment (Non-Destructive, Sample Prep, Physical, Chemical, Electrical, Fault Isolation).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead and participate in internal and customer facing meetings.
• Highly proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, customer incident lots.
• Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development
• Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity
