VBP Back Office Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Facilities Officer to oversee daily facilities operations, safety, and environmental management. You will guide the Facilities department and ensure workplace readiness and compliance with DENR standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities or related roles, with experience supervising teams or contractors, and readiness to pursue PCO/SO 2 certification as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, workplace, environmental management, or related operations.
• Experience supervising teams, contractors, or service providers.
• Willing to undergo training and be appointed as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Safety Officer (SO) 2.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for Facilities and Environmental Management operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Facilities Team to ensure accountability and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive sustainability initiatives focusing on waste, energy, and resource efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance for operations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Support facility expansion, renovations, and workplace optimization projects.
• Identify and mitigate operational, environmental, and compliance risks.
• Lead emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workplace experience and goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
