Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract/Facilities Manager to oversee the complete management and maintenance of client properties, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment for occupants in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role within real estate or property management.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
Ensure facilities and equipment comply with safety and regulatory standards; monitor energy consumption for cost savings.
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs; coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Supervise housekeeping operations and third-party service providers to maintain service excellence.
Lead teams and report operational performance to management and clients; manage stakeholder relationships.
