Job summary

Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Makati is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction and facilities projects from planning through handover. You will ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing budgets and schedules.

The role requires a licensed engineer with strong cost control, BOQ preparation, and stakeholder management, plus proficiency in Excel and project management tools to optimize outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, construction, facilities management, or building services.
• Strong background in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, project costing, and progress billing.
• Experience managing construction, MEPF, fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning, execution, and monitoring through final handover.
• Prepare and manage BOQ, cost estimates, and progress billings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review project costs, variations, and additional works to maximize project value and profitability.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and business growth.
