Job summary

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract/Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a large client property, ensuring a safe, efficient environment for all occupants.

You will lead building systems operations (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection), supervise housekeeping and soft services, and manage a team of 80+ staff, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience managing properties larger than 5,000 sqm or 300+ end users.
• Experience leading a team of 80+ people.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in project management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection).
• Ensure facilities and equipment operate safely and comply with safety standards.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for services and projects.
• Monitor utilities and identify energy-saving initiatives.
• Manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineering and housekeeping teams.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.
