Job summary

CNX is seeking a Facilities Senior Manager in Quezon City, Philippines, to oversee all aspects of facility management including maintenance, safety, security, and environmental compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to keep facilities well-maintained and cost-efficient.

The Sr. Manager will lead a team of facility professionals, set budgets, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects while upholding safety standards

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well maintained
• Implement efficient facility management processes and best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles
• Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork within the department
• Develop and manage the facility management budget, including cost control measures and expenditure tracking
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining facility standards
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective services
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulations, including emergency preparedness and environmental sustainability
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions as required
• Coordinate project teams and monitor project progress
• Maintain an accurate inventor of facility assets and equipment
• Develop and implement asset maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan
• Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and address concerns
• Provide regular updates on facility performance and projects
