Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager - Account Lead in Cebu, Philippines. You will act as the primary strategic partner for a major client, leading a team and ensuring flawless facilities operations across sites.

You will manage budgets over several million dollars, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver a superior workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or account management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, complex facilities or multi‐site portfolios.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management operations for an assigned client account, serving as primary contact and strategic advisor.
• Mentor a team of facilities professionals and develop their skills.
• Oversee operating budgets, capital plans and financial forecasting for cost-effective service delivery.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Build relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers; negotiate contracts and ensure quality.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety, codes and client standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability and occupant experience.

As a Senior Facilities Manager - Account Lead at JLL, you’ll serve as the primary strategic partner for a major client account, overseeing all aspects of facilities operations and service delivery. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a dedicated team of facilities professionals while ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites or a large, complex portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive facility strategies that align with client objectives, managing vendor relationships, optimizing operational budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. What your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Lead all facilities management operations for an assigned client account, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor on facility‑related matters
• Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to thrive and develop their skills
• Develop and oversee annual operating budgets, capital improvement plans, and financial forecasting to ensure cost‑effective service delivery
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality performance
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client standards
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and occupant experience across the portfolio
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on facility performance, project status, and key metrics to client stakeholders and JLL leadership
• Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate emergency response procedures to minimize business disruption

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or account management capacity
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, complex facilities or multi‑site portfolios
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million annually
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with C‑suite executives
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facilities management software platforms
• Strong leadership abilities with experience building, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Experience in corporate office, life sciences, healthcare, or other specialized facility environments
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, LEED principles, and energy management strategies
• Experience implementing workplace experience initiatives and modern workplace strategies
• Familiarity with IFMA, BOMA, or other industry best practices and benchmarking standards
• Advanced degree in related field or MBA
