EY GDS – Assurance FAAS – Senior/AM – Enhanced corporate accounting and reporting (ECRA) – Technical Accounting: EY’s Global Delivery Services hub in the Philippines is hiring a senior accountant to help clients with complex accounting and regulatory support, GAAP conversions, and financial reporting. You will lead workstreams, mentor juniors, and partner with client teams to deliver timely insights.

Strong IFRS/US/UK GAAP knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a client‑focused mindset are

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK).
• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery.
• Direct daily progress of fieldwork and inform engagement status to Supervisors.
• Follow through on client requests and manage deliverable timelines.
• Apply independent professional judgment to apply accounting standards.
• Lead/participate in client workshops and prepare underlying materials.
• Coordinate small teams and provide guidance to junior members.
• Develop internal and external networks for long-term client relationships.
