Job summary

EY GDS – Assurance FAAS – Senior/AM – Enhanced corporate accounting and reporting (ECRA) – Technical Accounting: EY GDS seeks a Senior/AM with CPA credentials and 3–6 years post-qualification experience to support GAAP conversion, regulatory compliance, and complex technical accounting matters.

The role involves managing deliverables, leading client workshops, and collaborating with EY teams in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in accounting advisory and regulatory support for GAAP changes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of service delivery and client expectations.
• Direct daily progress of fieldwork and inform engagement supervisors.
• Apply accounting standards to meet engagement requirements and regulatory rules.
• Lead client workshops and prepare underlying materials.
• Coordinate small teams and provide guidance to junior members.
• Drive innovation in processes, tools, and delivery models.
