EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate to lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables in line with EY GAM and global standards.

You will leverage accounting knowledge and project management skills to coordinate workflow, supervise a team, and build relationships with EY Global counterparts across Americas and Europe.

Formación

• Knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards or IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and International review standards is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present clearly.
• Strong interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an engagement from the GDS front and ensure timely, high-quality work per EY GAM and global expectations.
• Review procedures performed by GDS staff and apply EY tools to improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with EY Global counterparts and assurance executives across regions.
• Embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into engagement teams.
• Coordinate workflow, resources, budget tracking and utilization for teams.
